The haven panel

The Haven Panel is a factory-built wall system framed in cold-formed steel studs and insulated before it leaves our floor. Every panel is manufactured from your drawings with MEP coordinated in the design phase. On site, panels slide and lock into place, and the home dries-in in days at the cost of wood framing.

The Haven process

Compress your schedule, simplify your trades, and dry-in homes in days, not months.

Day 0

Engineering

We convert your architectural drawings into engineered, panelized shop drawings. Full design freedom, no Haven floor plans.

Day 1

Delivery

A full home's worth of walls, floors, and roof, arrives labeled and stacked in install order.
Example: a 2,000 SF home delivers on 2-3 trucks

Day 1-4

Framing & Insulation

Panels go up pre-insulated. No on-site cutting, no lumber deliveries, no insulation crew, no waste pile.
Example: 2,000 SF framed in 4 days

Day 5

Dry-In

With walls set and tied to the roof, the home dries-in.
Example: dried-in by day 5

Day 6

Inspection

Every panel ships with installation documentation: joint connections, fastening locations, and torque specs marked with worked examples.
Higher first-pass rate. Less rework.

Day 7+

MEP Rough-In

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing routing is coordinated in the design phase and built into the panel. Your subs rough-in without surprises.
Less rework. Lower costs. Fewer QC issues.

The Structural Advantage

Cold-formed steel changes the economics of a project: better insurance pricing, cleaner paths through tough permit jurisdictions, and less long-tail warranty exposure on your books.

Future-Proof Against Woods Deteriorating Economics

Every year the case for wood gets worse. Building restrictions are tightening in wildfire and coastal zones, insurance premiums are climbing, and underwriters are walking away from combustible construction. Wood also stays stubbornly labor-intensive, cut, fit, and reworked on site by crews that get harder to find every season. None of that is cyclical. It's the direction the market is moving.

Steel is on the other side of every one of those trends. A non-combustible structure that can be engineered for hurricane zones passes where wood is being restricted and insures where wood is being surcharged. And because the labor lives in the factory, not the field, a 4-person crew without specialized framing experience sets the home in days, not months.

Lower Cost of Living

Haven homes are sealed and resilient to reduced energy bills, lower insurance premiums, and incur less maintenance.

Zero Jobsite Framing Waste

Every panel is precision-cut to your design file in the factory. 100% of material offcuts are recycled in production. No dumpster fees for wood waste, no stolen lumber, no weather-damaged stock to replace.

Energy Performance Without the
Framing Headache

Meet or exceed code without the usual coordination problem. Push a stick-built wall above code and the whole assembly changes. Crews have to relearn dimensions, window bucks, and trim details, and every detail they relearn is a chance for rework.

With Haven, wall thickness is set in engineering, tuned to your climate zone and the performance you're after. Whatever the spec, panels arrive as finished assemblies that set the same way for any crew, yours or ours.

Want a higher-performance home? We change the panel, not your process.

A Structure That Endures

Most framing weakens with age. Water finds it, storms stress it, pests eat at it, and the losses compound quietly inside the walls. Steel holds its strength. It carries the same load rating at year 30 that it carried on day one, through every storm season in between.

How We Work Together

You own the site, the foundation, and the finish. We handle everything from plan submission through panel delivery.

01 — Plans

Submit Your Drawings

Send us your architectural set. Our engineers convert it into panelized design files and return accurate quotes, not generic estimations.

02 — Engineering

Stamped & Permit-Ready

Our engineers work with yours, or we can provide stamped, permit-ready engineering sets in most states.

03 — Manufacturing

Factory Build

Panels are cut, framed, and insulated in our facility while you pour foundations. Production scales to your delivery schedule.

04 — Delivery

Sequenced to site

Panels arrive labeled and stacked in install order and set with standard equipment. We can provide install support on your first project, or our crews can handle the complete vertical build.
